Cancer Awareness at the Shed

Cancer Research UK provided a stand to promote Healthy choices to aid the prevention of certain cancers, promoting the early detection of cancer through seeking advice straight away whenever there are any suspicious symptoms.

Shed members, some of whom have been on their own cancer journey, with the Cancer Research team.

The members found it hugely beneficial, being able to ask any questions and some were glad to have the support as they are starting or going through their own cancer journey at the moment.

We’d like to thank the Cancer Research Team for all their hard work.

But some of the Shed members were just there for the tea and biscuits.
