Happy Feet - Basic Footcare and Nail Cutting Service
Run by trained volunteers, Happy Feet provides an affordable community footcare service offering toenail cutting and footcare information.
The service is directed at people who are over the age of 55yrs, who live in G51 & G52 postcode areas and, due to financial or physical difficulties are not able to provide their own personal footcare.
Happy Feet runs every Tuesday from 11am-3pm at the Men’s Shed Govan and is available to Men and Women.
All Happy Feet volunteers have completed an NHS GGC Podiatry Awareness course.
Happy Feet has a simple and inexpensive charging structure: Non - Men’s Shed Members First Visit - £15 (Includes Nail Clippers & File to keep), All further visits - £10. Men’s Shed Members First Visit - £10 (Includes Nail Clippers & File to keep), All further visits - £5.
