Come along and try a Tai Chi Class on Thursdays at 10.20 till 11.30am. Great for both physical and mental health. Improve your fitness and balance. Exercises to tone and keep your joints moving. An excellent way to keep healthier if you aren’t able to move like you used to, and great for learning how to relax. Usually outdoors to get the benefits of the natural surroundings in the garden.
